We built WonderCal because we lived through scheduling hell — and we knew there had to be a better way.
We were building Digital Wisdom, an AI coaching platform, and spending half our days selling it. Every sales conversation ended the same way: "Let's get a demo on the calendar." What should have taken 30 seconds became a week-long email chain.
"Does Tuesday work?" "Not for Sarah." "How about Thursday at 2?" "I'm in a different timezone." "Can we do next week instead?" Sound familiar?
We tried every scheduling tool on the market. They were fine for one-on-one meetings, but the moment you needed three, four, or five people in the same room? Total chaos. Polls that nobody answered. Links that expired. Calendar invites that got lost. We were losing deals — not because our product wasn't good, but because we couldn't get everyone on a call.

The final straw came during a critical partnership meeting. We had six stakeholders across three companies and four timezones. It took 47 emails and 11 days to find a single hour that worked. By the time we finally met, the momentum was gone and the deal fell through.
That night, we made a decision: if nobody was going to fix group scheduling, we would. We had the engineering talent, the AI expertise, and — most importantly — the battle scars from living through the problem every single day.
WonderCal isn't a scheduling tool built by people who read about the problem in a market report. It's built by people who lost sleep, lost deals, and lost patience with the status quo. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves.
Scheduling a meeting with multiple people should be as easy as scheduling one with a single person. No polls. No back-and-forth. No "let me check with my team and get back to you."
We believe the best meetings start before anyone joins the call — they start the moment everyone can effortlessly find a time that works. That's what WonderCal delivers.
We're a small team with big ambitions — and zero tolerance for scheduling chaos.

CEO & Founder
After years of building AI systems at MIT, Tevye discovered that the hardest engineering problem wasn't technical — it was getting five busy people on the same call. WonderCal was born from countless hours lost to scheduling chaos while selling Digital Wisdom's coaching platform.

CEEO & Founder
Jessica spent a decade building a coaching business after studying chemistry at MIT and then escaping academia, and knows firsthand the pain of back-and-forth scheduling emails. She champions WonderCal's mission to make group scheduling effortless so people spend less time coordinating and more time connecting.
